Contact Center Supervisor of 21 employees – 10 years with Goodwill of the Finger Lakes.
What is your role here at Goodwill?
I over see the Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, NYS Growing Up Healthy Hotline, NYS Adult Protection Agency, Goodwill Southeast Georgia, Goodwill of Southern Piedmont, Goodwill Easter Seals of Miami Valley, and Fieldtex contracts as well as small projects and short term contracts.
What do you enjoy most about working at Goodwill?
I enjoy developing people. I love to meet them where they’re at and see what they become. I really enjoy seeing the transformation in people and playing a part in it.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy my new husband and spending time with family like most. I love being silly and playing with my grandkids. I enjoy traveling, which is kind of new and exciting for me. Of course the usual things like live music and watching movies.
Fun Fact!
Fun fact! I tried out for Sandra Dee for the musical Grease in high school. After the audition, they told me I wasn’t going to be Sandra Dee but that I was going to be Rizzo! Ha ha Oh and another fun fact: My husband and I are taking dancing lessons and having a ball doing it!
