The Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ABVI) has a rich history in Rochester, empowering children and adults who are blind or visually impaired since 1911. Now that we are Goodwill Vision Enterprises, our mission has not changed.
We know there are barriers in the lives of people with significant vision loss. Our programs teach people to overcome them, and our passionate team is always there to support the goals of those we serve. From learning the skills needed to apply for a job online to cooking for their family, Goodwill Vision Enterprises is here to help anyone who is blind or visually impaired live an independent and meaningful life.
Goodwill Vision Enterprises (formerly ABVI) and the Flaum Eye Institute are collaborating to improve access to vision care in the City of Rochester!
