Our Contact Center has been in business since 1998.

Our professional and dedicated staff provide world-class customer service to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Whether it's answering the United States Environmental Protection Agency's Lead Poisoning and Toxic Substance hotline or New York's Growing Up Healthy hotline or meeting the needs of local businesses, we are there as a friendly and caring partner.

Honored as a National Industries for the Blind Center of Excellence, our Contact Center has consistently demonstrated excellence in operations, technology, training, contract procurement, corporate and community partnerships.  Most importantly, the Contact Center offers challenging and rewarding career opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired.
