I have been with Goodwill of the Finger Lakes in 211/LL as a Crisis Community Connector since Oct. 2013.
What do you enjoy most about working at 211/LIFE LINE?
I enjoy supporting people that choose to call in with a non-judgmental ear and resources that may help them in their time of need. I feel supported and valued by the 211/LL team, they are my extended family.
What activities do you enjoy in your free time/What is a fun fact about yourself?
I am a train enthusiast meaning I enjoy watching trains as well as modeling them.
Why is mental health awareness important?
I believe mental health deserves to be looked at and treated with the same importance we give our physical health.
