What is your current job at Goodwill? How have you grown in the organization?
Currently I'm a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Center. I assist those who call in with questions in need. Overall I've had 26 years with the organization! 24 of them were in retail working at the Goodwill store level, and the past two in the Contact Center.
