What is your role here at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes?
I develop plans to market the business, and develop new business opportunities by meeting potential customers to promote our capabilities and excellent customer service. I work closely with customers to develop a personalized business structure and price quote to meet their business needs. I also participate in the “due diligence” process where I oversee day to day operations and coach Supervisory staff. I ensure the Contact Center consistently exceeds quality and customer service excellence.
What do you enjoy most about working at Goodwill?
I love watching my peers grow within the organization and become successful at what they do.
What activities do you enjoy in your free time?/What is a fun fact about yourself?
I love spending time with my friends and family sitting by the pool and relaxing. One of my fun fact is I love watching reality tv.
